Prom car hire is priced around the journey — collection address, venue, timings and whether you would like the car to wait or return later in the evening. How far do you travel?

We are based in Staffordshire and travel throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire as standard, including Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stafford, Crewe, Congleton, Macclesfield, Leek, Uttoxeter and Nantwich. We also travel into Derbyshire, Shropshire and further afield by arrangement.

Can we view the vehicle?

Absolutely, and we encourage it. Viewings are arranged by appointment so you can see the Asquith properly, sit inside, take photographs and discuss ribbon colours and timings in person.

Can we decorate the car?

Ribbons and bows in your chosen colour are included, and we are happy to discuss floral arrangements or a 'Just Married' plate. We ask that nothing is fixed to the paintwork without agreement so the vehicle stays immaculate for you and for the couple after you.

How far in advance should I book?

Currently, due to establishing the business in 2026 we have good availability for the remainder of 2026 and all of 2027. Please give us a call to check on current availability.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A modest deposit secures your date, with the balance due shortly before the occasion. Full terms are set out clearly in your written confirmation.

Can multiple journeys be arranged?

Yes. Many couples book a double journey for bridesmaids and bride, or an additional transfer from ceremony to reception. Tell us the plan and we will build it into your quotation.

Can children travel?

Children are very welcome. Please let us know ages so we can plan seating and confirm suitable arrangements before the day.

What happens if it rains?

The Asquith is fully enclosed, warm and dry, and we carry large umbrellas so you stay perfect between the door and the venue. Rain has never spoiled an arrival yet.
